1 box red velvet cake mix 1 can cream cheese frosting 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 (1 lb. 8 oz.) pkg. almond bark Cook cake as directed on package. Let cool. I use a sheet cake pan. In large bowl, crumble cake. Add pecans and toss well. Add frosting and mix well with hands. Use a small cookie scoop. Place scoop of cake mixture into your hand and roll into a ball. Place on a wax paper-lined pan. Freeze. Melt almond bark by directions on package. Dip cake ball in almond bark and place on wax paper. Optional: Use other cake mix flavors. Also, you can use the chocolate bark. Example: yellow cake with chocolate bark.
