2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine (room temperature) 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 egg 1/2 c. chocolate-coated peanuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. yogurt-covered raisins 1/2 c. candy-coated peanut butter pieces Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Mix butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour a little at the time until a soft dough is formed. Combine raisins and candy. Fold in 1/2 candy and raisins into dough; be careful not to break up candy and raisins. Using small scoop or a heaping teaspoon, place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle top with remaining candy and raisins. Press slightly. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
