28 Kraft caramels 2 Tbsp. water 2 1/2 qt. popped corn Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Microwave caramels with water on High 90 seconds; stir and continue microwaving on High 30 seconds to one minute or until sauce is smooth. Place popcorn in buttered sheet pan. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn. Place in oven and bake 30 minutes.
