CHINESE CHEWS

3 eggs
1 box light brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Mix sugar and eggs together well. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Pour
into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 45
minutes or until golden brown and crusty on top. These are chewy but
good.
