Velveeta cheese (at room temperature) 1 c. butter (room temperature) 1 c. creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped roasted pecans 2 lb. bag confectioners sugar Butter or spray 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. In saucepan, melt butter and cheese over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter; stir until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour confectioners sugar over mixture. Mix with hands until completely mixed. Pour into dish and press down firmly with hands. Place in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares.
