1 lb. confectioners sugar 6 Tbsp. margarine 1/2 c. baking cocoa 1/4 c. evaporated milk 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. roasted chopped pecans Mix sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares. Makes about 2 dozen.
