Crust: 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter, sugar and flour. Chill one hour. Press chilled dough into pizza pan. Sprinkle pecans over crust. Press in with hands. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Let cool. White Layer: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 3 c. confectioners sugar 12 oz. nondairy whipped topping Cream all ingredients and spread onto cooled crust. Let chill. Filling: 2 c. white sugar 2 c. water 6 Tbsp. cornstarch 6 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O (small box) 1 pt. fresh strawberries Combine sugar, water and cornstarch; cook over medium heat until thick. Add Jell-O and strawberries. (Optional: You can add a couple of drops red food coloring to make it a deeper red.) Let cool completely. Spoon this filling over white layer. Put in refrigerator and let chill a couple of hours. Once chilled, slice into 12 to 16 pieces. Very rich. Do not need large slices.
