5 Tbsp. instant coffee 2 c. hot water 1 c. sugar 6 c. cold water 1 pt. half and half 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream Dissolve coffee in hot water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Chill. When ready to serve, add half and half and pour over ice cream. Serves 40.
