1 lb. bulk sausage 6 eggs 2 c. milk 2 c. grated cheese 4 slices bread with crust 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Fry and drain sausage. Cut bread into small cubes. Mix sausage and bread; spread into a 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Blend all other ingredients and pour over sausage and bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. May be prepared and refrigerated uncooked overnight. Serves 12 (3/4 x 3-inch) squares.
