1 large can diced tomatoes 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. flour Brown flour in oil. Cook over low heat, stirring until flour has browned; do not burn. May have to use more or less flour. Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup water. If too thick, add more water a 1/4 cup at a time. Serve over hot biscuits or over grits.
