1 c. grits 2 Tbsp. butter 2 c. grated cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. milk 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled grated cheese (to garnish) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook grits by directions on package. Add butter, cheese, garlic salt, Worcestershire and pepper. Cool. Add egg and milk. Spray baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay 1/2 of sausage in dish; pour half of grits mixture. Repeat sausage and other half of grits. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
