HASH BROWN QUICHE

3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 stick melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half
3/4 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Gently press hash brown between paper towels.
Combine hash browns and butter. Press into 9-inch pie plate; press
up sides also to form crust. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into cooked hash brown crust. Lower
temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before
cutting.
