EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
8 medium green onions, chopped small
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
12 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer
sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in dish. Stir
remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese. Bake
uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serves 12.
