6 eggs, beaten 2 large cans evaporated milk 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. flour Beat eggs with sugar and flour. Add evaporated milk; beat until foamy. Add vanilla. Cook in double boiler or microwave until thickens a little, about 20 minutes over double boiler or 10 minutes in microwave, stirring every 3 minutes. Pour in a gallon freezer and finish with milk.
