1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 large onion, finely diced
1 large clove garlic, finely diced
4 oz. canned diced chilies
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Melt butter. Saute onion and garlic in butter for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and cook on low heat until cheese is
melted. Serve hot with Fritos Corn Chips.
