2 cans bean dip
3 medium avocados, mashed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco mix
3 medium tomatoes
1 can black sliced olives
2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Layer cans of bean dip on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Combine
avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread over bean dip.
Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and taco mix and spread over
avocado mixture. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives and green onions over
sour cream mixture one item at a time. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on
top. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through, approximately 10 to 20
minutes. Serve with chips.
