2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 can (8-1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. Lowry seasoning mix
2 c. well chopped walnuts
Reserve 1 c. of the walnuts. Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly.
Chill for at least two hours. Form into a ball and roll in
reserved nuts. Serve with crackers of choice.
