1 c. sharp cheddar, grated
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. medium green, stuffed olives, drained
dash of cayenne pepper or to taste

Cream together cheese and butter. Blend in flour and cayenne. Wrap
a teaspoonful around each olive, covering completely. Bake in hot
oven for 15 minutes. Yield 25 balls.
