3 pounds chicken wings 1 cup butter or margarine 1-1/2 cups sifted flour 1/3 cup sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger Melt butter in shallow dish. Mix flour, ginger, salt and sesame seeds in shallow pan. Roll chicken pieces in butter, one at a time, letting excess drip back into pan. Roll in flour mixture to coat. Set aside until all are done. Pour leftover melted butter onto cookie sheet. Arrange chicken wings in single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown on bottom. Slide under broiler until golden brown on top.
