2 large packages of cram cheese (8 oz.)
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/4 c. water
5 green onions, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde spice (Spice Island)
mayonnaise to serving consistency
Blend cream cheese and bouillon mixture and Beau Monde spice with
electric mixer. Add green onions and then mayonnaise until the
mixture is soft enough for dipping.
