SMOKED OYSTERS

1 gallon shucked oysters
1 c. oil
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. MSG
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Bake in 300 degrees oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Can be canned in pressure cooker: 10 pounds pressure for 50 minutes
