2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.)carton dairy sour cream
1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 c. seeded tomatoes, chopped
1 c. small broccoli florets
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Place
crosswise in ungreased 15x10 inch baking pan. Press over bottom
and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to
19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Combine sour
cream, horseradish, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Spread
evenly over crust. Top with rest of ingredients. Cut into 1-1/2
inch squares. Store in fridge. 60 appetizers.
