Crust: 1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. butter Fruit: 1 can cherry pie filling 2 or 3 bananas 1 can pineapple chunks (save juice) 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (save juice) Topping: 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. milk Glaze: 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. juice(from drained fruit) 1/4 c. lemon juice Mix crust ingredients and spread in a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Starting at outside edge of prepared crust, make a ring of cherry pie filling, then add a ring of each fruit, finishing with cherry pie filling in center. In a saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and cook until smooth. Cool and pour over fruit, except cherry pie filling. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
