1 (12 oz.) can beer 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1/3 c. flour 2-1/2 to 3 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2 inch cubes Garlic as desired In a slow cooker, mix well the beer, soup mix and gravy mix. In plastic bag, shake the flour and beef; empty into cooker. Gently stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on LOW for about 8 hours. Garnish with dill weed. Serve with hard rolls and a green salad. Can be served over noodles or rice. Serves 10 to 12.
