3-1/2 lb. beef ribs, cut in 2-1/2 inch serving pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. dry red wine
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
Brown the ribs in flour. Add onion. Cook until soft. Remove
excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook at least 2 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6.
