1 (5 lb.) fully cooked ham
1 (12 oz.) can of beer
1/2 cup marmalade
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c, soy sauce
Score top of ham and stud with cloves. Pour beer over; let stand 1
hour, turning or basting with beer. Place, uncovered, for 1 hour
over slow fire on grill, basting frequently with beer.(can also be
put in slow oven) Top with glaze of marmalade, mustard and soy
sauce. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, basting with glaze until
it is all used up.
