1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. mustard
4 chicken breasts, halved
2/3 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard. Measure out 1/3 cup and
refrigerate. Brush chicken with the mayo mixture; coat with
crumbs. Place in lightly greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20
minutes or till brown. Serve the remaining reserved mixture as a
dipping sauce. Serves 4 to 8.
