1/4 c. Dijon mustard 3 cloves garlic,finely minced 2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled Freshly ground pepper 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mustard and garlic in small bowl. Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish. Brush mustard mixture over each piece. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper. Top with Parmesan. Bake till chicken tests done, 45 to 55 minutes.
