POPPY SEED CHICKEN BREASTS

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large or 3 small cans of cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. sour cream
34 Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
1 cube butter

Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix soup, poppy seeds and sour
cream. Spread on top of chicken. Mix crackers and butter and
spread over chicken-soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
