1 envelope onion soup mix 3/4 C. fine dry bread crumbs 2-1/2 TO 3-1/2 lb. chicken parts 1/2 C. mayonnaise Place soup mix and bread crumbs in a large plastic bag; shake to blend. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place 1 piece of chicken at a time and shake until well coated. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan.
