4 tsp. butter
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. clam nectar
Pinch of thyme
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. powdered onion
Saute butter, oil, garlic and parsley flakes for 10 minutes. Stir
in flour until blended. Slowly add nectar and thyme. Add
clams,white wine and onion powder. Cook 10 minutes. Pour over
cooked pasta. Serves 4.
