1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. Minced green onion 2-lb. Halibut Salt & pepper Grated Cheddar cheese to cover fish Cut halibut into 1" squares. (Dry with paper towels) Mix mayonnaise and onions and spread in bottom of casserole dish. Place halibut pieces side-by-side in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top.
