2 lb. halibut 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms 3/4 c. white wine 2 Tbsp. flour 1//2 c. milk 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese Dredge fish in melted butter and place in a 9x13 inch shallow pan. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, mushrooms and white wine. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until fish flakes. Meanwhile, make a paste of flour and milk. Pour hot wine off fish into flour mixture and stir. Pour back over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and put back into oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
