SALMON SOUFFLE LOAF

Bread
Milk
Salmon
Chopped onion
Chopped celery
Lemon juice to taste
Salt and pepper
Parsley flakes
4 to 6 eggs

Adjust amounts of ingredients according to size of can of salmon used.

Soak bread in milk for 30 minutes. Add can of salmon, chopped
onion, chopped celery, lemon juice to taste , salt and pepper,
parsley flakes and eggs. Mix well and bake in 350 degrees oven for 45
minutes.
