4 fresh tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/2 medium onion
3 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 c. green peas
In the blender, blend tomatoes, garlic, onion and bouillon.
In the frying pan, add oil and rice. Fry the rice until golden
brown. Remove from heat. Add half of the tomato mixture in the
blender and mix thoroughly.
Add the rest of the tomato mixture from the blender and water. Cook
15 minutes on medium high. Then, add green peppers and peas, stir
and cook for ten more minutes.
