BLUEBERRY PUDDING CAKE

2 c. blueberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Topping
3/4 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Toss the berries with lemon juice and place in a greased 8" square
baking dish. In a bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder;
stir in milk and butter. Pour over berries Combine sugar,
cornstarch: sprinkle over batter. Slowly pour boiling water over
all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. 9 servings.
