1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. grated carrots, firmly packed 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 c. chopped nuts 2 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp.alt 2 tsp. cinnamon Cream sugar oil and eggs. Add carrots, crushed pineapple and nuts. Sift together dry ingredients and stir in. Pour into a prepared 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
