2-1/2 C. flour 1/2 c. cocoa 2-1/2 tsp. baking powder 1-1/2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. each salt, cinnamon and cloves 3/4 c. oil 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. coarse shredded zucchini 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. nuts 1 c. chocolate chips Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat together until smooth oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla, zucchini, milk and nuts. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. (Can use 9x13 pan.) Optional: Glaze top with simple powdered sugar icing on cooled cake.
