1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla Mix first three ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat until mixture loses its gloss. Double recipe for a 9x13 inch pan. Great for frosting brownies too.
