1 (12 oz.) butterscotch flavored morsels 1/3 c. butter or margarine 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish) In medium saucepan, melt morsels an butter, stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan. In large bowl. beat cheese till fluffy; beat in Eagle Brand, vanilla and egg. Mix well and pour into prepared pan; Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 23 to 30 minutes, or till toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature; chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
