1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
1/2 c.chopped nuts
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. soft butter
2 Tbsp. instant pudding mix
2 tsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
In top of double boiler, melt first 4 ingredients.
add beaten egg; cook 5 minutes. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, nuts
and coconut. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Chill.
Mix together next 4 ingredients, Spread over chocolate base. Chill
Melt chocolate chips with 1 tsp. butter. Spread thinly over second
layer. Score with a toothpick into small squares. Chill, cut.
