TACO SALAD


Salad
2 heads iceberg lettuce, medium cubed
3 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1 c. home cooked or canned kidney beans, drained
1 c. radishes
1 c. avacado, cubed
1 c. tomato, largely cubed
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

In a salad bowl, mix and chill the salad ingredients. Brown meat 10
minutes over hot fire, add taco mix and simmer 10 minutes. Mix
warm meat dressing with chilled salad and springle with sour cream
and chips. Servie immediately. Serves 6 to 8.

Dressing
2 pks. taco mix
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. corn chips or tortilla chips
