4 c. cooked instant rice
3 green onions, finely chopped
3 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 small can shrimp
dash of Accent
Salt and pepper
Add onions, celery, green pepper and shrimp to rice in bowl.
Lightly mix in seasonings. Add enough catsup to mayonnaise to turn
a light pink and moisten the rice mixture. Chill.
