5 c. water 1 lb. stew meat 1 onion, diced 1/4 tsp.pepper 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 c. diced carrots 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 c. raw spaghetti broken into 1 inch pieces 2 zucchini, sliced 1 (16 oz.)can kidney beans, drained 1 c. shredded cabbage 1 tsp. salt Grated parmesan cheese In a 4 quart pot, pour water over meat; add onion, pepper and basil. Cover and cook on high 25 minutes, or till meat is tender, turning once. Cut meat into small pieces. Return to pot. Add tomatoes and carrots. Cook on high 8 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients,except cheese. Cover and cook another 10 minutes, stirring once. Let stand, covered, several minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese.
