1 (16 OZ.)pkg. frozen peas
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. celery chopped
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
Cook peas 2 minutes: drain.
Combine 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. Tabasco. Mix
all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serves 6 to 8.
