CRUNCHY VEGGIE SALAD

1 head of cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1-1/2 c. chopped celery
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 pound bacon
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Fry and crumble bacon.

Dressing: Blend last five ingredients in blender, toss with other
ingredients.
