LAYERED SALAD

1 head shredded lettuce
1 lb. crumbled crisp bacon
5 hard cooked eggs
10 oz. peas (frozen)
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups mayonnaise
4 to 6 sliced green onions
4 to 6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

Layer in order: 1/2 the lettuce, eggs, salt and pepper, peas, 1/2
the lettuce salt and pepper, sugar, bacon, and the cheese. Spread
mayonnaise to edges to seal. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Garnish
with green onion to serve.
