1 bunch Romaine lettuce
1 c. halved cashews
4 oz. julienne Swiss cheese
Mix ingredients together.
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients together, adding poppy seeds last. Shake well
in a jar. Store in refrigerator.
