1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. mustard seed 2 Tbsp. vinegar 3 c. warm diced potatoes 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp.salt 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chilled and cubed 2 c. finely shredded crisp cabbage 1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickles 1/4 c.finely chopped green onion Soak celery seed and mustard seed in vinegar:drizzle over warm potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and salt; chill. Add meat, cabbage, pickle and onion. Mix together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
