2 pears, cubed and peeled
1 c. red onion rings, thinly sliced
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
6 Tbsp. walnuts, roasted and chopped or
1 pkg. mixed greens
Toss ingredients together.
1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 t. minced ginger root
1/2 t. salt
Mix together and refrigerate. Just before serving, pour over salad
